July 5, 2011 Russia Beyond the Headlines

The images of the “Profession – Cosmonaut” photo exhibition show cosmonauts training in a specially equipped centre as well as their life in Star City. 

The exhibition was held as part of the Year of Russian Cosmonautics in the Russian State Duma and was dedicated to the celebration of Cosmonautics Day and the fiftieth anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s first spaceflight.
