Founded in 1926, RCWS assists disadvantaged children in Russia, by co-sponsoring medical treatment for children with facial deformities, funding educational scholarships for orphans, assisting orphanages, sponsoring and organizing the Christmas party in Moscow for over 1,000 children along with other vital programs.
