The height of the Triumph Palace residential complex reaches 264.1 meters. It is the tallest residential building in Europe. The building has 45 storeys, with residential apartments located on floors 11 to 38. The top three are home to the eponymous hotel, the tallest in Moscow and Europe.

The Scarlet Sails residential complex is still unfinished. The first of five blocks was built in 2003, and construction is scheduled to complete in 2015. A feature of the complex is its location on the banks of the Moskva River, and residents even have access to their own yacht club.

House on Mosfilmovskaya is a complex of two skyscrapers: one with 53 storeys (213 meters) and the other with 34 (132 meters). In 2010, the decision was taken to demolish some of the floors inside House on Mosfilmovskaya, since the building exceeded the permissible height of 21 meters. But because of the danger that the entire building could collapse, the demolition was canceled.
