Syrian Army troops arrive in Russia for military pentathlon tournament

The International Military Pentathlon Tournament will take place in Moscow, at the CSKA Moscow sports club base, from May 31 to June 3, the press service of the CSKA Moscow said in a statement sent to Interfax-AVN on May 31.

"The Syrian servicemen will take part in this competition in the territory of Russia for the first time," the statement said.

A total of 60 servicemen from six countries (Austria, Belarus, the Netherlands, Russia and Syria) will take part in the tournament.
