Do you remember when we announced our pelmeni event? We promised to make a ton of pelmeni colored with all-natural spice dyes (curry, basil and spinach) and reproduce the physical map of Russia with these delicious dumplings.

And we did it! 

Our pelmeni were completely vegetarian and were stuffed with Italian cheese, potatoes, black olives and herbs. It took a lot of them to fill out the map since our country is quite vast. Every Russian forest and mountain was represented by its own dumpling.
