Vietnamese company to build $2.7 bn dairy farm in Russia - report

TH Food Chain, a Vietnamese private dairy company will invest $2.7 billion to build a dairy farm in the Moscow Region, Deal Street Asia reported.

In the first phase, $500 million will be invested in the first phase of the project, which calls for the building of a cow-breeding and dairy-processing facility, according to the report.

TH Food Chain chairwoman Thai Huong, told the website that she expected to launch the construction of the project in April 2016 and commence commercial operation in 2017.
