The Tchaikovsky orchestra is Russia’s oldest symphony orchestra. It was founded in 1930 and has a reputation as one of the best in the world. Its artistic director and chief conductor Vladimir Fedoseyev has previously served as principal conductor of the Vienna Symphony.
