Russia delivers major consignment of Mi-17V-5 helicopters to India

Russia's state arms trader Rosoboronexport has provided India with the final consignment of Mil Mi-17V-5 helicopters that were ordered by New Delhi, a Rosoboronexport spokesman told Interfax-AVN on Feb. 2.

"The helicopters were delivered on Friday, January 29," he said.

India had placed an order for 151 Mi-17 helicopters in 2013.
