Karelia, northern Russia, Oct. 14, 2016. Vasily Diykov, one of the main defenders of the Sunsky Forest, on his way by boat to the camp of the so-called "Sunskye partizany" (Sunsky guerillas) in the Kondopoga district. The "Sunskye partizany" are seniors from the Karelian village of Suna who have organized in the forest a round-the-clock camp to protect the forest from being cut down by the Saturn Nordstroi company.
