Walking Red: the Lenin look for Halloween

It’s Halloween! If you haven’t decided how to scare your friends and comrades, here's an idea from the RBTH team.
By Vladimir Stakheev, Anna Levicheva, RBTH, Gray Lockhart

RBTH’s author Gray Lockhart has chosen to dress as one of Russia's most famous dead man. Don’t worry if you miss it this year. Mr Lenin is unlikely to vacate his Red Square residence any time soon.

The costume for this famous Russian mummy is relatively easy to make as it only requires a few must-have items: a coppola (a flat cap), a vest, a polka-dot tie and a lot of green grease paint. A few optional items you might also need are a first edition of “Iskra” newspaper, an armored car and working knowledge of the social conflict theory.
