Over 70 settlements are flooded in the Amur region, Khabarovsk territory and Jewish autonomous district, the press office of the Russian president's envoy to the Far East Viktor Ishayev said following a meeting of the crises center held by Ishayev.

According to the information of the press office, 4,383 residential houses with population of 27,395 people are flooded in 56 settlements of the Amur region.
A total of 141 road sections of local significance with total length of 519 km and 64 bridges have been damaged in the region. And 211 socially significant facilities are in the flooded areas.
The work of potentially dangerous facilities has not been disrupted. A total of 1,595 people, including 718 children, are in temporary accommodation centers.
Five settlements, 11 residential houses are flooded in three municipal district of the Khabarovsk territory. According to the information of the crisis center, 294 people have been evacuated.
Rivers flooded 244 residential houses in 14 settlements in the Jewish autonomous district. Sixteen road section of local and regional significance of a total of over 8.35 km have been damaged.
The situation at the Zeyskaya and Bureyskaya hydro power plants has been discussed at the meeting of the crisis center as well.
The level of the upper water at the Zeyskaya hydro power plant is 319.19 m (11 cm up in 24 hours), while the normal headwater level is 315 m.
The upper water level at the Bureyskaya hydro power plant is 255.32 m, 28 cm up in 24 hours, while the normal headwater level is 256 m.
