Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, one of the convicted members of the feminist punk band Pussy Riot, has been transferred to a safe cell in Mordovia's Penal Colony No. 14, where she is serving her sentence, Gennady Morozov, chairman of the republican social supervisory commission, told Interfax.
