Obama signs document on economic sanctions against Russia

U.S. President Barack Obama announced on Thursday that he had signed a document allowing sanctions to be imposed on Russia's key economic sectors.

I have signed a new order which gives the right to impose sanctions with respect to the key sectors of the Russian economy, the head of the White House said in Washington.
