"Overall, 1,100 servicemen from the Crimean peninsula will continue service with the Ukrainian National Guard, based in different parts of Ukraine," the Ukrainian Interior Troops' press service reported.
The Interior Troops Command are making maximum effort to solve social and everyday problems facing the redeployed contingent, the press service said.
"Contract servicemen have been offered positions no lower than those they had during their service with the Crimean Territorial Command," it said.
