Follow the link to learn moreU.S. Secretary of State John Kerry cited Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Deshchytsya as making repeated assurances during a meeting in Geneva on Thursday between Ukraine, Russia, the European Union and the United States that the Ukrainian government would launch constitutional reform.
Kerry told a news conference in the Swiss city that Deshchytsya had promised several times that the Kiev government would organize an inclusive and transparent a constitutional reform process.
Kerry thanked Deshchytsya and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov for their openness to dialogue.
