An Interfax correspondent reported the document was signed by European Council President Herman van Rompuy, European Commission President Manuel Barroso and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko at the EU Brussels summit on June 27.
Georgia and Moldova also signed an Association Agreement with the European Union.
The 1,135-page agreement will now have to be signed by the leaders of the EU's 28 member countries.
