"The agreement has been signed," Batalina told Interfax.
The Ministry of Education and Science signs the document on behalf of Russia and then it will be submit to the State Duma for ratification, Batalina told Interfax earlier on July 8.
The agreement includes restriction demands, which the Russian legislation has today, Batalina said. "Including the unacceptability of moving adopted child to a same-sex family," she said.
Same bilateral agreements currently exist with Italy and France and it is planned to sign them with some other states, "they are in progress," Batalina said.
