"Helping (the people who were influenced by foreign propaganda)... I agree. This needs to be dealt with. It is not something optional. This is a serious part of war. A war for the minds. We need to create a ministry of propaganda. And not be shy about it," the minister wrote on his Facebook page during a discussion with users on how to "demine the brains" of the Ukrainians who were exposed to foreign propaganda.
