Over ten military correspondents will take part in its work. The channel will also report on the social life in the cities of Donbas.
"We will be working on producing high-quality television products. We are now working on programs. We also have the technical possibility of working from the studio," the press service told Interfax.
The channel is financed by voluntary donations. Broadcasts will take place round the clock on frequencies previously used by Ukrainian 1+1 television.
