A Sukhoi Su-34 bomber aircraft has destroyed a terrorist training camp near Aleppo, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov told journalists on Nov. 2.

"A strike was carried out against a camp in the suburb of the city of Aleppo, designed for training militants who arrived from other countries. As a result of air bomb hits, an ammunition warehouse and the infrastructure for training terrorists were fully destroyed," Konashenkov said.

The aviation group has destroyed underground shelters and rocket artillery positions of terrorists in the Syrian province of Homs, Konashenkov told.

"Near Tadmur, the Homs province, an Sukhoi Su-25 attack aircraft carried out a strike against a fortified area of ISIL militants. As a result of direct hits, the terrorists' fortifications, underground shelters and rocket artillery positions where two ZSU-23 antiaircraft missile launchers were installed have been destroyed," Konashenkov said.

"Objective control data have confirmed their full destruction," he told.
