"A Cessna private plane took off from a lift-off site outside Koktebel, but the emergency situation took place during the flight, the plane abruptly lost the altitude and hit the ground. All four people onboard the plane died in the crash," the source said.
He said that, according to the preliminary data, the pilot had not notified the specific services about the flight before the take-off.
"Preliminarily, the flight was not authorized, therefore, a destination place and the names of passengers cannot be established so far," he said.
