Russian, Syrian foreign ministers might meet in Moscow next week

The Russian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that the Russian and Syrian foreign policy chiefs might meet in Moscow next week.

"Negotiations between the Russian and Syrian foreign policy chiefs might possibly take place in Moscow next week. We are waiting for this information to be confirmed through protocol channels, and as soon as we have particular dates and a particular format, we will certainly update you," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a news briefing in Moscow on Thursday.
