The Rossiya 1 TV channel announced the broadcasting of Russian President Vladimir Putin's annual State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly on Dec. 3.

The national address will be broadcast at 12.00 in Moscow, the TV channel's website said.

Chief of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Ivanov said earlier that Putin would deliver a State of Nation Address to the Federal Assembly in December this year. In early November the president said that the work on the document has begun.
