Power machines gets $2 bln in turbine orders from India, Iran, Russia

Russian power-plant engineering holding Power Machines has received orders worth a total of 122 billion rubles (over $1.7 billion at today's exchange rate and $2 billion at last week's rate) to supply turbines for the Kudankulam nuclear power plant in India, the Bushehr plant in Iran and Kursk-2 plant in Russia.

The contracts were signed with Atomenergoprom's nuclear power plant equipment procurement directorate, state nuclear corporation Rosatom said in a statement.
