"If we talk about support for various groups fighting in Syria from the outside, it would be ideal, as other countries have also repeatedly said here, to seal the border between Syria and Turkey," Lavrov said at a press conference in New York.
"I hope those who deal with this issue on the ground and those who support them from the air will address this issue without delay," he said.
