The event is due to take place in Paris involving specialists from the EU countries, including the UK, Germany and Italy.
The French side also agreed on Rosaviatsiya's proposal to hold additional talks on expanding the air traffic between Russia and France, in particular, appointing several regular air carriers between several Russian cities and, in particular, Paris, Lyon, Nice.
Additionally, Rosaviatsiya informed French colleagues on delegating to it, the Transport Ministry and the Industry and Trade Ministry the powers to certify aircraft, aviation engines and rotors, as well as international airfields in Russia (the Interstate Aviation Committee has previously executed them).
As was reported, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a resolution to redistribute the powers for the certification of aircraft and airfields in early December 2015. "The decisions are aimed at improving the state control system over the security of flights by civil aircraft," the document reads.
