The Office only knows that the entire delegation of the High Negotiations Committee formed in Riyadh is coming to the negotiations, Matar said in an interview with Interfax.
There is no agreement on Syrian Kurds' participation in the negotiations, Matar said. As de Mistura said, the negotiations will be held between the government and the High Negotiations Committee; as for the rest, including civil society activists, they will participate on a consultative level, she said.
