All the seven group members were charged on three counts, i.e. terror attack, illegal arms turnover and illegal storing of explosives, the press service of the Federal Security Service's department in the Sverdlovsk region told Interfax on Feb. 17.
On February 8, the Yekaterinburg Zheleznodorozhny District Court ordered a two-month arrest of seven members of the gang affiliated to ISIS until April 7.
The Federal Security Service arrested seven members of the gang preparing terror attacks in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Sverdlovsk region and planning to leave for Syria afterwards on February 7.
The group was led by an ISIS member, who had come from Turkey. The group consisted of citizens of Russia and Central Asian countries.
The search of the detainees' residences yielded an improvised bomb laboratory, explosive devices, electric detonators, firearms, grenades, component parts of improvised explosive devices and extremist books.
