One person has been injured in a car explosion outside a mosque in Nazran, a spokesperson for the Ingushetia Interior Ministry told Interfax on March 11.
"We have received a report about a car explosion and subsequent fire in Yuzhnaya Street in Nazran. A 56-year-old local resident has been hurt as a result, he has been hospitalized," the spokesperson said.
A team of investigators are working at the scene to ascertain all circumstances surrounding the incident, he said.
Earlier a source in Ingushetia's law enforcement agencies told Interfax about a car explosion not far from a mosque in Nazran's Nasyr-Kort municipal district after a prayer.
