Syria will be the focal point of the negotiations to be held by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Moscow, yet some other aspects of the situation in the Middle East and North Africa will also be highlighted due to the spread of ISIS, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said.
