National Congress of Kurdistan supports declaration of federation in Syria

The National Congress of Kurdistan, which unites Kurds from different countries, supports the creation in northern Syria of a federative region, Selahittin Soro, a representative of the organization in Russia, said.

"The National Congress of Kurdistan supports the decision on the creation of a federative region in the north," he told a press conference in Moscow.

He emphasized that it is not only a projects of Kurds, but also people of other ethnicities who live in northern Syria.
