The defense ministers talked about "the necessity of urgent measures to stabilize the situation in the conflict zone", the Russian Defense Ministry told Interfax-AVN.
"Judging by information the Russian Defense Ministry has received, the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh worsened in the early hours of April 2. This region is the focus of the Russian Defense Ministry leadership's permanent attention," the ministry said.
