"We see as the main factors a greater openness of the country and global integration. We have come here to confirm this policy of our government and to say that we are open to dialogue and would like to develop cooperation with the Russian Federation," Malcorra said.
In her words, the new Argentinean government, which took office on December 10, 2015, "has plenty of complex tasks to address but we are sure that difficulties can be overcome."
Argentina expects to settle relations with creditors, which refused to reschedule the country's debts after the 2001 default, this week, Malcorra said.
