The spacecraft of the Russian-European mission ExoMars has sent the first images to Earth, which were made on April 7, the press service for the state corporation Roscosmos has reported.

"The first images of space came to Earth: two randomly selected space sections in the direction of the south pole of the celestial vault, taken for a small displacement," the report obtained by Interfax on April 14 says.

The processing of the images showed that the high-resolution camera TGO, which was used to take the images, and its aiming mechanism are working well.
