Rosatom Deputy Chief Executive Kirill Komarov and the Laotian Deputy Energy Minister Sinava Souphanouvong signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of the peaceful use of nuclear energy on April 14.

The document was signed in the presence of Rosatom head Sergei Kiriyenko and Laotian Deputy Prime Minister Somsavat Lengsavad during his visit to Russia.
