Russian Aerospace Forces to get extra 30 Yak-130 trainer aircraft

The Russian Defense Ministry and Irkut Corporation (part of the United Aircraft-building Corporation) have signed a new contract for the supply of Yakovlev Yak-130 combat aircraft trainers as part of the 2016-2018 government defense order, a spokesperson for the Defense Ministry told Interfax-AVN on April 17.

"Under the terms of the contract, the Aerospace Forces will receive 30 Yak-130 combat aircraft trainers before the end of 2018," the spokesperson said.
