Talks on declaring 'regime of calm' in Syria's Aleppo Province continue - Russian Defense Ministry

Talks are under way on declaring a 'regime of calm' in Syria's Aleppo Province, the head of the Russian Center for reconciliation of the opposing sides in Syria, Lt. Gen. Sergei Kuralenko, told reporters.

"Negotiations on introducing a 'regime of calm' in Aleppo Province continue," he said.
