Follow the link to learn moreA total of 9,371 persons have been killed and another 21,523 have suffered injuries since the beginning of the conflict in Donbass, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) said in its report.
According to the OHCHR report on the Ukraine situation, at least 9,371 persons have been killed and 21,523 have been injured in eastern Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict in the middle of April of 2014. The report was presented in Kyiv on Friday.
Lots of people are missing as a result of this conflict, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights Ivan Simonovic said after the report was presented.
As of April 2016, 3,687 criminal inquiries have been launched into disappearance of people in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, Simonovic said at a press conference in Kiev on June 3.
