Russian sports minister says wrestler Lebedev allowed to Rio

Two-time world champion wrestler Viktor Lebedev will participate in the Summer Olympic Games of 2016, Russia's Minister of Sports Vitaly Mutko told TASS on Aug. 6.

"The decisions to allow Yulia Yefimova, Darya Ustinova and some other our athletes, and the allowing of Viktor Lebedev, are correct and reasonable," he said.
