Lavrov: There are those who want to disrupt Russian-U.S. agreement on Syria

There were those who wanted to disrupt the Russian-U.S. agreement on Syria reached earlier today, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on September 10 after talks with U.S. State Secretary John Kerry.

"There are those who want to disrupt our agreement reached today," Lavrov said. "The last example is the arrogant announcement of sanctions ahead of the meeting between our presidents in China and another point with additional sanctions ahead of our meeting," he added.
