Russia to reduce oil production by 200,000 barrels per day by March 31

Russia is going to reduce oil production by 200,000 barrels per day by March 31, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.

"I think that by March 31, it will be somewhere around minus 200,000 barrels per day," he said, adding that after that Russia will be able to reduce production by 300,000 barrels per day.
