Russia expects threefold rise in Chinese tourists by 2020

Russia expects a threefold rise in Chinese tourist arrivals by 2020, Roman Skory, deputy head of the Federal Agency for Tourism told TASS on October 28.

Around 2.5 million tourists from China visited Russia in 2015, Skory told the news agency. The Federal Agency for Tourism earlier plans to open offices abroad to attract potential tourists, according to the report.
