The Ivan Kruzenshtern icebreaker on the Neva River during an icebreakers festival that marks the 70th anniversary of the Victory in World War II and the deeds of the WWII Arctic convoys which sailed from the United Kingdom, Iceland, and North America to northern ports in the Soviet Union.
