This part of Russia is bordered by Asian countries: North Korea, China, and Japan. If you take a helicopter, you can see the borders, as well as breathtaking nature, newly-built bridges, lighthouses and valleys, rivers and hidden bays.

Gamov Lighthouse was renovated in the 1980s and now works all year round in all weathers. There is also a modern meteo station and few places for tourists to stay here.

Here Russia boarders with China. The Tumen River serves as part of the boundary between China, North Korea and Russia. You can notice, there is only one bridge “Friendship” crossing it. It was built 800 meters from Khasan Station in the village by the same name, the last Russian village on the border with China.
