Best dressed of Moscow International Film Festival 2012

On the eve of 35th ceremony of MIFF, RBTH looks back in 2012 to remember the most impressive outfits of Russian stars for their appearances on the red carpet last year. // Young Russian singer Victoria Daineko chose a bright red, one-shoulder dress from Russian designer Von Vonni, and a cluth from Russian talent Anastasi Zadorina.

MIFF - Moscow International Film Festival – is the most important event in the modern world of Russian cinema. To show their best under the spotlight of cameras from leading Russian and international media, Russian stars prepare their looks long in advance. In 2012 there were some really interesting choices. // Renata Litvinova, the Russian actress, director, writer and TV host, went for her traditional retro style. At the 34th MIFF ceremony, Litvinova wore a black Nina Ricci dress with sequins, a Rado watch, a Yana necklace and Podium Fine Choice bracelets.

Svetlana Bondarchuk is a model, TV host, editor-in-chief of Russia’s Hello! magazine, and the wife of Russian director Fyodor Bondarchuk. For the 34th MIFF ceremony, Bondarchuk chose a one-shoulder dress from the LUBLU brand of young Russian designer Kira Plastinina.

Ida Lolo, one of the most famous fashionistas in Moscow and the former wife of Mark Lolo (on the left), is the owner of the large Russian production company Central Partnership. This year, Central Partnership will bring to Moscow the movie “World War Z” and its internationally famous star - Brad Pitt. In 2012, Ida was wearing a Fendi dress, Bottega Veneta clutch and earrings, and Prada shoes.

Actress Ravshana Kurkova is considered one of the most stylish and beautiful it-girls of Moscow. Last year on the red carpet Kurkova looked stunning in a glittering Chapurin Haute Couture dress from Russian designer Igor Chapurin. Ravshana chose Carrera y Carrera jewels, Rene Caovilla heels and a Dior clutch to finish her look.

Young actress Lyanka Gryu wore an Alexandra Serova dress, Manolo Blahnik shoes, a Fendi clutch and a Chopard ring to the 34th MIFF ceremony.

Russian actress Maria Mironova looked elegant and gorgeous in a la Russe maxi dress with pastel colors.Renata Litvinova, the Russian actress, director, writer and TV host, went for her traditional retro style. At the 34th MIFF ceremony, Litvinova wore a black Nina Ricci dress with sequins, a Rado watch, a Yana necklace and Podium Fine Choice bracelets.

Lisa Mikhalkova, daughter-in-law of MIFF president Nikita Mikhalkov, came to the 34th MIFF ceremony wearing a dress with mountain ash prints from Russian designer Alexander Terekhov. The original pattern and combination of green and blue shades refreshed the simple design.

Nadia Mikhalkova, daughter of MIFF president Nikita Mikhalkov, also chose a dress from Russian designer Alexander Terekhov for her red carpet appearance, like her sister Lisa.

Russian actress Alena Babenko appeared on the red carpet in a Jil Sander dress and bright turquoise shoes. A sports cap with a veil complemented the look, as a must-have of the spring/summer 2012 season, according to Jil Sander.
