New Mi-38 helicopter can reach the heights of Mt. Everest

The MI-38 achieves a world altitude record of 8,600 meters. By comparison the height of Mount Everest is just slightly taller at 8,848 meters.

The MI-38 can be used to transport cargo or military personnel in challenging combat environments. It can be used in rescue operations or in providing emergency medical care when a hospital is too far away.

This vehicle has good freight-distance features and it can compete with foreign helicopters, the engines for this helicopter are fully made in Russia.
