Michelle Michalenko has lived in Moscow for 9.5 years, working as a cook in the American Embassy. She believes that learning about Russian cuisine and her journey on the Trans-Siberian railway have been the most interesting moments in her Russian life so far.
"Russian food has been an amazing adventure," she says.
