Siberian electrician turns his Zhiguli into a crawler transport vehicle

Andrei Romanov, an electrician from Omsk has made a T-2109 crawler transport vehicle  from a VAZ 2109 car. The vehicle can reach speeds of up to 62 km/h (about 40 mph).
