According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and real estate analytics, Moscow's most criminally-active districts are Chertanovo, Golyanovo, Izmailovo, Konkovo, Kuzminki, Vykhino, Arbat, Troparevo-Nikulino, Tvserskoy, and Tekstilshiki.
