"The meeting is under consideration," he replied to the related question.

The French Foreign Ministry said earlier on Monday that it was expecting the ministers to meet in the 'Normandy format' in Paris on March 3.

The previous meeting of the 'Normandy format' foreign ministers was held in Munich on February 13.
